Using this website

You may use this website to learn about AirControl, subscribe, and contact us. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or misleading content, or use automated means that place an unreasonable load on the service.

Product information and pricing

The site describes current AirControl plans and intended product capabilities. Product availability, portal activation requirements, and the exact scope of a license are confirmed before service begins. Separate service terms may apply when a license is activated.

Subscriptions and billing

Plan prices are set in U.S. dollars. A 14-day free trial begins when Stripe Checkout is completed with a valid payment method. No subscription charge is due that day. Unless canceled before the trial ends, Stripe charges the selected monthly plan price multiplied by the property quantity confirmed at checkout when the 14 days end; the subscription then renews monthly until canceled. Stripe may offer local currency using its exchange rate and applicable conversion fee, so review the final currency, amount, quantity, trial end date, and cancellation terms shown at checkout. To cancel before a trial charge or stop a future renewal, contact support@aircontrol.io before the applicable billing date. Cancellation and refund requests are handled according to applicable law and any service terms provided during activation.

Regulatory workflows

AirControl can help organize TRA, SIRE, guest-data, and related operational workflows. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal or regulatory advice. Operators remain responsible for determining and meeting the obligations that apply to their properties.

Intellectual property

AirControl, its brand, website content, software, and product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant permission to copy, modify, resell, or distribute them except as allowed by law or agreed in writing.

Disclaimers and liability

This public website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, AirControl disclaims warranties regarding uninterrupted access and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the public website.

We may update these terms as the website or service changes. The updated date above shows when the latest version took effect.
