Can I start with just TRA or Cleaner Management?

Yes. TRA and Cleaner Management can be licensed on their own for $5 per active property, per month. AirControl Full is $15 per active property, per month.

How is my monthly price calculated?

Multiply the plan price by your active property count. Four properties cost $20 per month on TRA or Cleaner Management, or $60 per month on AirControl Full.

Does AirControl replace my booking channels?

AirControl is an operational control layer. It helps your team act on reservations, guest information, property tasks, and cleanings; we’ll confirm the right connection for your current setup during activation.

Is TRA submission a guarantee of legal compliance?

No software replaces your own legal or regulatory review. AirControl helps organize the guest-data and submission workflow, while the operator remains responsible for meeting the rules that apply to each property.

What happens when I start the free trial?

Stripe stores your card but charges $0 today. We’ll contact you with portal access instructions, and your selected monthly per-property charge begins after 14 days unless you cancel first.
